About the role
- Play a key role in supporting client adoption and maximizing the value of Anaqua’s solutions
- Troubleshoot workflows, implement new features, and drive strategic engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services to deliver impactful demos, training, and account strategies
- Assist in troubleshooting, consulting, and resolving client workflows
- Support client adoption and drive Anaqua’s value proposition
- Contribute to the implementation of overall account strategies
- Provide overviews of the product to the client
- Maintain a regular, proactive cadence of meetings with the clients
- Support and drive client engagement with new software versions, service packs, law updates and upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience working in Client Services or Consulting.
- Deep knowledge of Anaqua Software products, and implementation experience is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in the Intellectual Property industry is preferred
- Experience with software solutions and/or in a client facing B2B role with proven success in client relationship development and management.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with others inside and outside the organization is critical.
- The ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to effectively work in a high energy, high volume environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
