- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal data
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess fit and interest
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain consistent follow‑ups with shortlisted candidates until onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for open and future roles
- Keep recruitment trackers updated and support with interview feedback follow‑up
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 + years of experience in hiring
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Hands‑on experience with sourcing and screening
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accurate record
- Strong execution and follow‑up capabilities
- High attention to detail and time‑management
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
