About the role

  • Own implementation projects from kick-off through go-live, managing the full lifecycle and working directly with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Gather and document requirements through virtual meetings, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process reviews, use cases, and workflow analysis.
  • Communicate and collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to understand information needs and functional requirements.
  • Analyze information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, break down complex details, and identify true business needs beyond stated requests.
  • Partner with technical teams and subject matter experts to define technical vision and evaluate trade-offs between usability and performance.
  • Provide support to end users for web-based applications and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple language for non-technical audiences.
  • Perform workflow and functionality gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate efforts across business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years relevant work experience
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, thoroughness and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and meeting management skills
  • Proven experience leading implementation projects from kick-off through go-live
  • Knowledge of systems integration and the system development lifecycle
  • Experience in running software related projects, preferably multiple projects at once
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Project
  • Ability to travel on a need basis
  • Technical background (preferred)
