Research Analyst

• Support the Department of Homeland Security, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) project
• Extract data from various IT systems using SQL and other programming languages
• Work with various types of data to develop, maintain and enhance reports, analysis and models
• Manage, treat and integrate data to create clean, structured data sets for use in reports, analyses, studies and models
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research using client data; formulate hypotheses, test them and present results
• Use advanced statistical techniques to identify and measure trends, anomalies, forecast future values and determine other relevant insight
• Document requirements, processes and develop SOPs
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders; work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
