About the role

  • Support process- and analytics-based decisions, data management, and process implementation
  • Develop and maintain performance and metrics reporting for sales and support teams
  • Prepare quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel, SQL, Amazon Quicksight and other analytics tools
  • Provide forward-looking and historical analysis for strategic initiatives through modeling and sensitivity tools
  • Produce clear and concise presentations regarding projects and other assigned tasks
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to various teams throughout the business
  • Create reporting for key performance indicators, monitor results and provide analysis to stakeholders
  • Define benchmarks for success using historical analysis
  • Collaborate with department leaders to build, analyze and defend strategy and business cases for initiatives and enhancements
  • Complete assigned tasks quickly with a sense of urgency
  • Develop working knowledge of business processes, data generated within each process, and data flow for foundational KPIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field
  • 0-2 years’ experience in analyst role (finance, operations, business or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with technical applications and programming languages like PowerBI, Tableau, Python, R, SQL highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially relating to presentation development
  • High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of curiosity and problem-solving aptitude; resourcefulness and ability to work through ambiguity
  • Ability to periodically travel to other office and operational sites
