About the role

  • Own and execute the EMEA sales strategy for Energy and Data Center Infrastructure customers in alignment with ADI vertical priorities.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, pipeline development, and disciplined opportunity management across multiple countries and regions.
  • Engage deeply with the EMEA energy ecosystem , including utilities, transmission and distribution operators, renewable developers, and industry consortia.
  • Act as the EMEA focal point for Energy and Data Center Infrastructure, ensuring alignment with US and APAC counterparts on global accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, energy, power, or data center–adjacent industries
  • Proven track record managing complex B2B customers with multi-country, multi-stakeholder decision structures
  • Demonstrated success operating within a matrixed, global organization , collaborating across sales, applications, and product teams.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA energy market dynamics , including regulatory diversity, regional ecosystems, and customer segmentation.
