About the role

  • Provide support to the central Operations Team
  • Work on operations projects ranging from financial forecasting, sales pipeline optimization, dashboarding, supply allocation, inventory management, etc.
  • Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by Sales Executives, Customer Specialists and other stakeholders.
  • Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets or outputs.
  • Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
  • Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
  • Identify key issues using a variety of data analysis tools and algorithms across a broad range of areas including operations, supply and demand planning, inventory optimization.
  • Define, analyze, and track key metrics using data analysis techniques to develop dashboards and assist in data driven decision making.
  • Develop, optimize & automate financial models to support efficient reporting and accurate financial forecasting.
  • Translate business requirements into specifications to create reports and develop dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management Systems or related fields
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects across geographically distributed teams
  • Strong proficiency in big data analysis and data analysis tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
