About the role
- Support the COO in advancing operational priorities across Client Services and HR
- Provide structure and follow-through on cross-functional initiatives
- Track project status, identify blockers, and help drive initiatives to completion
- Support strategic planning cycles and internal operating rhythms
- Facilitate meetings to ensure clarity, decisions, and actionable next steps
- Capture and monitor key business metrics such as utilization, profitability, invoicing, and capacity planning
- Maintain and refine internal processes to improve consistency and efficiency
- Manage and support calendar and capacity strategy for Client Services
- Contribute to company-wide events and initiatives
Requirements
- Organized, with attention to details and deadlines
- Solution-oriented, with the ability to move beyond identifying problems to driving resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to the audience receiving the information
- Well versed in Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of EOS operating model is a bonus
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Interest in technology or Atlassian & Superhuman Suites preferred
- Excited by problem-solving and creating order from disorganization
- Enjoy working both collaboratively as well as independently as projects require
