Solutions Engineer

• Keeping up-to-date on Atlassian products and best practices; including obtaining and maintaining Atlassian and related certifications
• Providing Atlassian product demos as well as enhancing demo documentation and associated processes
• Advising and training clients and team members on best practices as they relate to Atlassian products
• Thoroughly understand Atlassian's software and offerings and understand how to best position them with the company’s offerings
• Aiding and co-owning account management and sales processes around client budgets, best practices, and service recommendations
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners across the Atlassian ecosystem and beyond
• Maintaining an active awareness and genuine interest of evolving E7 solution offerings and collaborates to align them with client needs and organizational goals
• Staying up-to-date on IT trends, AI and participating in trade shows and networking activities
• Providing subject matter expertise for sales collateral and marketing efforts
• Leading discovery calls and understanding client short-term and long-term objectives
• Acting as the strategic partner to clients and teammates; ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team

Systems Engineer

• Consult with customers on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze and assess business processes, systems, and workflows; identify gaps and prioritize process improvements.
• Assist in the architecture of tailored solutions and support system integrations in complex environments.
• Deliver customer-focused solutions and pursue measurable outcomes to exceed customer expectations.
• Communicate recommendations, build trust through empathy and active listening, and present to diverse stakeholders.
• Contribute to development and delivery of customer-facing deliverables and presentations.
• Participate in solution lifecycle from scoping to post-implementation support, including workflow design, system configuration, and issue resolution.
• Support configuration and administration of business systems to meet customer needs.
• Assist in application training, support change management initiatives, and rollout of new processes and tools.
• Play multifaceted roles as analyst, consultant, and trainer; collaborate with account leaders and sales to develop business opportunities.

Solutions Consultant

Full-stack Engineer

• Senior Full-Stack Engineer / Player-Coach to lead the modernization of our platform, mentor other developers, and help set the technical foundation for future growth
• Hands-on building and shipping features end-to-end, leading modernization of our Python/JS codebase, while leveraging AI to speed development, automate repetitive tasks, and improve documentation/testing
• Handling light DevOps on our Ubuntu/Postgres environment, leaning on automation and managed services to keep ops overhead low
• Setting a technical foundation for a larger team post-funding
• Design, code, test, and deploy features across the stack; Establish best practices — coding standards, branching strategies, and documentation that scale with team growth; Mentor other developers; Collaborate with CEO to align technical priorities with business goals
