Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead and own the preparation of consolidation and management reporting, including Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and executive presentation packages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and executive-readiness.
• Partner with Accounting and External Reporting to ensure consolidated results are accurate and consistent across everything presented internally and externally, aligned to the quarterly close and filing cadence.
• Translate complex financial data into concise, decision-ready narratives and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Lead the revenue forecasting process and variance analysis, partnering with business stakeholders to build and refine models that inform strategic decisions.
• Own recurring forecast cycles (monthly pacing, quarterly forecasts), identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective action.
• Support the quarterly close process, including tie-outs between planning and accounting systems.
• Administer Adaptive Planning, including models, dimensions, versions, and security roles; build, maintain, and improve financial models and reporting processes across planning and ERP systems such as Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.
• Drive automation and systems improvements, identifying opportunities to streamline recurring reporting and close-cycle workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Systems, and business teams to ensure data integrity and alignment.

Lead FP&A Analyst

Compliance

• Lead the end-to-end authorization process for FedRAMP High, while concurrently driving alignment with CMMC Level 2/3 for DoD contracts and MARS-E 2.2 for CMS/Medicaid engagements
• Manage ongoing FedRAMP continuous monitoring requirements, including monthly deliverables, vulnerability management, and incident reporting to federal agencies
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to develop a "comply once, satisfy many" strategy by mapping NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 controls to CMMC (NIST SP 800-171) and MARS-E requirements to minimize redundant engineering efforts
• Own risk management of services provided to federal agencies, ensuring compliance with High-impact baseline
• Coordinate with 3PAOs to manage security assessment and authorization (SA&A) activities, including annual assessments and significant change requests
• Develop and maintain FedRAMP authorization packages, including System Security Plans (SSP), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and Continuous Monitoring deliverables
• Serve as primary point of contact for federal agency customers regarding FedRAMP compliance questions and authorization boundary matters
• Monitor and interpret FedRAMP policy updates and guidance from the FedRAMP PMO, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance
• Build and lead a team of compliance analysts and security specialists focused on federal authorization requirements
• Create and deliver training programs to ensure organizational awareness of FedRAMP requirements and responsibilities
• Manage relationships with federal authorizing officials, cloud service providers, and other stakeholders in the authorization process

• Monitor, prioritize, and coordinate clients’ overall status of technical support tickets and issues, ensure the tickets are being worked appropriately, and escalate internally to ensure contractual SLAs and expectations are being met.
• Proactively build strong relationships with key contacts of the customer operations organization throughout the entire partnership.
• Support critical incident management efforts by providing case troubleshooting insights and/or Customer information as needed
• Balance the voice of the customer with the voice of the business to ensure alignment of expectations are established, tracked, and met in alignment of all parties.
• Identify any trends, themes, and issues during post-launch stabilization until customers are stable per established metrics.
• Partner with key stakeholders to prioritize process enhancements and product fixes to improve customer experience to address critical business needs.
