- Overseeing all aspects of anesthesia service delivery across the organization
- Driving the negotiation and management of anesthesia agreements
- Developing financially sound compensation models
- Supporting new acquisitions
- Partnering with cross-functional teams for effective onboarding
- Evaluating and monitoring existing anesthesia agreements for operational effectiveness
- Collaborating with Supply Chain to ensure contracts are accurately tracked and renewed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 7+ years in a healthcare, operations, or relevant role directly working with Anesthesia
- Proficiency in Anesthesia RCM
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
- Financial acumen
- Negotiation strategies and global market awareness
