Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an agency environment, with significant leadership responsibility across financial services or similarly regulated categories
- demonstrated experience leading multiple accounts or a client portfolio
- proven track record of driving organic growth
- experience operating as the senior-most client lead
- strong strategic judgment
- background in direct marketing or performance-driven environments
- experience leading and developing senior account talent
- confident, direct communicator with strong business acumen
- strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- ability to be self-motivated
