Sales

• Drive revenue in collaboration with top solution and technology partners; responsible for pipeline creation and partner sales contribution in the DACH and MEA territories
• Prioritize which partners to recruit in-region (solution and resell partners) and build predictable sourced pipeline
• Build a partner business plan with each primary partner to ensure repeatable sales pipeline
• Coordinate co-marketing to drive pipeline creation
• Work closely with sales leadership to keep field sellers and partners aligned for mutual success
• Work cross-functionally with sales, partner marketing, programs & operations, and enablement to ensure partner success
• Align with Sales leadership to develop a partner strategy designed to achieve identified pipeline and revenue targets
• Co-create partner plans to enable field activities (e.g. account mapping, co-marketing, solution plays)
• Build partner-sourced and assisted pipeline in your territory
• Be the trusted advisor to AEs and make working with partners easy
• Pre-qualify partners on opportunities they source and prepare partners to productively meet with Amplitude AEs
• Activate new partners in region that help broaden and enhance Amplitude’s platform by driving partner-sourced revenue
• Track joint sales pipeline and attend internal forecast calls to provide visibility into partner-sourced opportunities

Partner Sales Manager

• Client-facing Product Analytics role embedded with Customer Success, serving as a strategic product advisor to LATAM enterprise customers
• Partner with customers’ Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to set strategy, define goals, and execute plans that move key product metrics
• Advise senior stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Product, Heads of Analytics) on using Amplitude to inform product decisions, roadmaps, and experimentation
• Lead strategic business reviews and deep-dive analytics sessions to demonstrate impact and uncover growth opportunities
• Translate product usage and health signals into actionable recommendations to improve retention, activation, and conversion
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to channel customer feedback into product enhancements and adoption initiatives
• Codify best practices and playbooks for scaling evidence-based product development
• Travel requirements: up to 5-10 days per month
