• Lead the strategy and execution of Amplify’s asynchronous learning experiences

Analytics Engineer

• Our analytics engineering team ingests, transforms, models, and aggregates the data that empowers teams across Amplify and our customers to make sense of and tell stories with their data.
• You’ll be working with data scientists, data analysts, and data engineers to provide clean, accurate, reliable models and metrics for our products and internal business partners.
• Impress the toughest customers around – students – by building the analytical models which drive the design cycle for fun and compelling apps, helping them understand their students by building modular data models

AI Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Enhance oversight of inventory management activities across multiple 3PL warehouses
• Assist with monitoring, auditing, and reconciling inventory transactions within NetSuite and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Monitor controls to ensure accurate recording of receipts, transfers, shipments, and adjustments
• Coordinate and observe physical inventory counts and cycle counts, including variance investigation and resolution
• Support and maintain oversight of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control
• Ensure compliance with internal and outside audit requirements for inventory processes
• Facilitate communication between the Director and cross-functional stakeholders, during inventory migrations, transfers, and year-end audits

Curriculum Development Support Specialist, Math Suite – Contract

Billing Specialist

• Oversee the preparation, processing, and issuance of customer invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
• Manage the resolution of billing discrepancies, adjustments, and credit memos in coordination with finance, revenue accounting, and customer-facing teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to support the order-to-cash cycle and improve customer billing experiences.
• Maintain and improve internal controls within the billing process and provide documentation to support external audits and internal reviews.
• Monitor billing operations and develop reports on billing metrics, KPIs, trends, and process performance for management review and analysis.
