Key responsibilities & impact

lead the Technology delivery team, managing resource capacity and delivery velocity
own and continuously improve the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process
drive the long-term roadmap for core enterprise applications
implement the strategic roadmap for AI-driven workflows
manage vendor relationships with third-party consultants
collaborate with Systems leadership and business teams
work closely with the Amplify data team to ensure alignment and integrity of data
establish and continuously improve technological "ways of working"

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in business systems development leadership
expert-level architectural knowledge in at least two of our primary platforms: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or Boomi
experience managing the evolution of a complex SaaS ecosystem
experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
extensive experience managing high-output consultant teams and staff augmentation models
deep understanding of middleware and integration patterns
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
