Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members
Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for ERP, HRIS, and financial systems
Establish and enforce coding and quality standards for system development and deployment
Oversee regular audits and assessments to ensure the reliability and performance of business systems
Develop and manage project resource estimates, budgets, and associated costs
Drive ongoing enhancements in system performance and implement best practices for project management
Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven solutions to modernize the technology stack

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within an IT organization
Minimum of 7 years of experience in NetSuite development
Proven experience in large-scale business systems development
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technology delivery teams using CI/CD practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing development, project management, and release management systems (e.g., JIRA, GitHub, Salto)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
