About the role
- - Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including email campaigns, automation workflows, and customer journeys
- - Extend Marketing Cloud functionality beyond declarative configurations by building custom integrations and writing SSJS scripts for complex data operations
- - Develop dynamic and personalized experiences using HTML, CSS, Amp script, and JavaScript
- - Implement customer journeys, automations, cloud pages, and email HTML template
- - Integrate data sources, manipulate data, and perform client segmentation using SQL
- - Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- - Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Web Studio, Cloud Page, reporting automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Transactional APIs
Requirements
- - 2 to 4 years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- - Worked on Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud)
- - Experience with Amp script, HTML, CSS, SQL & SSJS (Server -side java script)
- - Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment
- - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
