About the role

  • Whilst experiencing significant growth already, we have big plans and are looking for people with the enthusiasm to come and be part of this journey! We are looking to appoint an Associate Director to play a key part in our growth strategy across the North West region.
  • As an Associate Director, we can offer you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, including identifying new development opportunities and delivering major mixed-use urban extensions across the UK. You will be working with national house builders, land promoters, and landowners and become a key part of our team.

Requirements

  • A degree in town planning or a related field, and significant relevant experience in a planning consultancy or local authority.
  • A strong understanding of UK planning policies and regulations, and experience in preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
