Provide analytics on healthcare industry standards, AMN, and Associate Vendor/Vendor Management System fulfillment and pipeline efficiencies impacting client happiness
Evaluate, design, build, and support all aspects of the development of system reports using Microsoft Windows platforms
Run all scorecard and daily reports, and assist in running Vendor Management System /Associate Vendor reporting
Complete data analysis for internal meetings
Support the creation and validation of Client Quarterly Business Reviews
Design and develop reports to be deployed across the Enterprise Reporting Applications
Develop, improve, and detail the current reporting architecture
Automate and visualize data out of Vendor Management System data marts; build interfaces to allow transparency and insight into the pipeline and fill rate for clients
Collaborate with other IT/Development and Business groups to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements
Draft executive summaries, written reports, and presentations of findings as necessary
Recommend and implement various presentations, internal or external
Collaborate with the Sales Operations Reporting team to build out a 360-degree view of our Managed Service Provider customers

Requirements

Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
Experience in development with Visual Basic 60
Experience in crafting SQL Reporting Service reports
