About the role
- The Recruiter II, RPO is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Focus on building consultative relationships with candidates, driving high-volume recruiting.
- Manage pre-employment paperwork and coordinate onboarding processes for client compliance.
- Maintain timely communication and deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree plus 5–7 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7–9 years of experience.
- 5+ years recruiting experience, including 2–3 years in healthcare recruiting (Nursing and Allied strongly preferred).
- Background in staffing or RPO environments required.
- Advanced sourcing skills, including creative Boolean string development and multi-platform strategies.
- Proficiency in ATS and CRM systems; experience with Taleo, UKG, Workday preferred.
- Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter).
