About the role
- Meet daily and weekly metrics to consistently grow the clinician network and retain clinicians
- Plan a prospecting and marketing strategy using AMN's proprietary applicant tracking system
- Ensure the proprietary applicant tracking system is updated with accurate candidate information
- Consult with clinicians on their career needs and ideal situations
- Qualifies clinicians' likelihood for booking travel assignments
- Articulates plans of action and educates on future opportunities and market conditions
- Discuss and negotiate compensation packages
- Present candidate information to Account Managers for interviews
Requirements
- Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
- Sales or recruiting experience
