Attend team and stakeholder meetings, participate in and/or direct working groups, preparation sessions and other planning-focused engagements and informational sessions as necessary.
Provide daily oversight and guidance to the Amivero team
Ensure alignment of CX team activities with the goals of the government functional area lead
Liaise with Global, ELIS, ROSS, and other technology teams, as appropriate, to understand functionality and potential usage/expansion of support capabilities
Escalate issues to the Amivero program manager for discussion with RAIO IDEA leadership awareness
Serve as the escalation point for issues that need Amivero and RAIO IDEA leadership awareness
Communicate issues to RAIO IDEA leadership in collaboration with the Amivero program manager
Onboard new team members and provide functional training in collaboration Amivero Program Manager
Collect and deliver the monthly activities report to the program manager for all CX team members
Review and approve bi-weekly timesheets for their direct reports
Reviewing program-wide challenges, capability gaps in support systems, areas of technological change and opportunity.
Advise RAIO leadership on potential, proposed, or developed systems modifications
Analyze new and existing processes for related technological needs and support with analyses of the impact of potential changes.
Draft proposals, project plans, SOPs, and other documents that communicate strategic technological direction to stakeholders.
Mentor and develop team member skillsets to continuously improve program delivery
Conduct quarterly check-ins and document in Paylocity journals
Requirements
7 years of experience in product management, project manager, customer experience, or a related field
Experience in customer experience, customer support, and human-centered design
USCIS IT Environment experience preferred
Scrum Master certification preferred
