Conduct environmental reviews
Carry out state and federal regulatory program file reviews
Complete field investigations
Requirements
Experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred
Extensive knowledge and experience in assessing various property types preferred
Experience in evaluating all types of environmental regulatory cases, such as LUST, State Hazardous Wastes, CERCLIS, and NPL sites preferred
Experience, knowledge or interest in the Related Federal Laws and Authorities as described under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969
Ability to consult with local, state and federal agencies
Experience with completing Part 50 and Part 58 Environmental Review Records for local, state and federal agencies a plus
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering or geology-related science preferred
Current Radon license/certification preferred
Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification, asbestos inspector, and/or lead-based paint certification preferred
