About the role
- Support M&A integration efforts with a focus on achieving desired capabilities and financial synergies.
- Work with key functions and stakeholders to develop and implement function-specific playbooks to ensure alignment and fit efficiencies across the organization.
- Oversee due diligence, execution, and post-integration alignment to ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate closely with business line leaders and the corporate strategy team to align M&A activities with the company's strategic objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to align acquisition targets with long-term strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in project management or related roles
- Advanced project management knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, notably Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing increasingly complex and larger-scale projects
- Experience in budget management and financial aspects of projects
