• Monitoring all legal notices, reminders, and court action threats to manage query levels and maintain legal correspondence within acceptable limits.
• Resolving escalated queries in a timely manner, applying root cause analysis and a continuous improvement mindset to improve future customer service.
• Maintain close contact with the Accounts Payable and master data team to ensure smooth dependencies are in place.
• Lead monthly service reviews with Business Unit senior leadership, driving deeper engagement and value
• Proactive analysis of Contract Services team workloads, ensuring maximum value is achieved.
• Support provided to GSS SLT, being visible and championing the purpose and values of GSS.
• Effective stakeholder management, building effective relationships across the organisation, driving first class customer service.
• Project Management. Leading project workstreams to deliver process efficiencies or technical developments in line with respective project charters
• Ad hoc support where required which may fall outside of the Contract Services team at times
• Partner with Business Units to improve compliance and support.

Senior Contract Services Manager

• Develop, implement and maintain IT portfolio management strategies and methodologies
• Track and analyse performance of the IT portfolio, including risk and return
• Monitor and control portfolio risks and issues, resolving or escalating as necessary
• Collaborate with resource managers to manage resource risk across the portfolio
• Promote continuous improvement in portfolio management practices
• Report the status, value, and importance of IT projects to executive leadership

• Raise, update and close remedial tasks within the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system
• Undertake general tasks associated with security systems such as CCTV and alarm systems
• Carry out monthly checks and tests of fire extinguisher equipment, with regular checks on fire hydrants and fire hoses
• Complete RCD testing on a quarterly basis
• Carry out checks on Misting Units
• Undertake fire door maintenance activities
• Conduct flushing and tap temperature tests as required by the water risk assessment
• Undertake monthly and annual emergency lighting checks
• Check and test smoke vents as required
• Any other duties commensurate with the role

• Develop and implement PMO frameworks, methodologies, and tools
• Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting standards
• Oversee the Mobilisation plan and interdependencies, ensuring alignment with service delivery
• Monitor resource allocation and capacity planning
• Produce regular dashboards and reports on project performance, risks, and benefits realisation
• Establish processes for identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks and issues
• Act as a central point of contact for project-related queries
• Facilitate communication between project teams and senior leadership

• Provide training and mentoring to workstream leads and teams
