About the role

  • Deliver effective and efficient customer facing services
  • Process maintenance and compliance related tasks
  • Management of all customer queries/requests/complaints received
  • Answer high volumes of calls within agreed targets
  • Ensure excellent levels of customer service and service delivery
  • Process calls, e-mail, and web requests via software
  • Job ownership of processed requests through to completion
  • Escalate customer requests / queries / complaints as appropriate
  • Complete general administration tasks for normal functioning
  • Assist in delivery of targeted Customer Services training to new employees

Requirements

  • Entry level 3 in Maths and English during initial assessment if no GCSE/functional skills qualifications
  • Full UK driving license
  • Proficient typing speed
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Exceptional organisational skills particularly in time and diary management
  • Contact Centre / Centre / Administration Experience is desirable
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
