About the role
- Deliver effective and efficient customer facing services
- Process maintenance and compliance related tasks
- Management of all customer queries/requests/complaints received
- Answer high volumes of calls within agreed targets
- Ensure excellent levels of customer service and service delivery
- Process calls, e-mail, and web requests via software
- Job ownership of processed requests through to completion
- Escalate customer requests / queries / complaints as appropriate
- Complete general administration tasks for normal functioning
- Assist in delivery of targeted Customer Services training to new employees
Requirements
- Entry level 3 in Maths and English during initial assessment if no GCSE/functional skills qualifications
- Full UK driving license
- Proficient typing speed
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
- Exceptional organisational skills particularly in time and diary management
- Contact Centre / Centre / Administration Experience is desirable
- Must be at least 18 years of age
