About the role
- Ensure smooth operations for visitors and staff
- Deliver a professional reception service, greeting visitors and advising on facilities
- Handle incoming calls, prioritising requests and directing to the right service provider
- Manage meeting room bookings and key collection
- Orchestrate bookings for conferences and exhibitions
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service or reception/concierge support in a high-profile, fast-paced environment
- Natural ability to turn challenges into positive experiences, confidently handling difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- Flexible, can-do attitude and readiness to embrace change
- Must obtain Security Clearance (UK permanent residency for last 5 years required)
