About the role
- Provides strategic HR leadership to regional and field teams, this includes day-to-day coaching, talent assessment & talent management, and designing & executing long-range regional people plans.
- Understands and leverages organizational trends and market insights including talent planning, org design, and turnover management to ensure proactive talent management in the region.
- Identifies key performance indicators and prioritizes work to deliver the organization’s human resource and talent management action plans; this can include, but is not limited to – engagement results, turnover management, talent assessment, and overall culture index.
- Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and recommends modifications to policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Provides guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assists with resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
- Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least ten years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems; Workday and/or Stand Out a plus.
