This is a full time (40 hrs/week) remote position. The schedules are Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday. The hours are 10am - 7pm EST OR 11am - 8pm EST. Remote work applicants may not work from the following states: California.

Call Center Transfer Agent – Mortgage Sales

Vice President

• Develop and execute wholesale lending strategy aligned with AmeriSave’s consumer lending expansion
• Build and maintain broker relationships to ensure high-quality loan submissions and service
• Lead underwriting, processing, and funding teams for efficient, compliant loan operations
• Partner with technology teams to implement AI-driven solutions for document processing, onboarding, and approvals
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk protocols
• Set KPIs and drive accountability to meet volume, quality, and profitability targets
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and retail lending teams to align strategies and share insights

Executive Vice President, Wholesale Mortgage Lending

Customer Support

• Develop a thorough understanding of AmeriSave’s LOS system and lending process to research consumer inquiries and provide up to date and accurate information
• Provide best-in-class solutions for a diverse client base by providing access to friendly and fast service
• Listen to inquiries, identify needs and provide directions to borrowers/consumers regarding status updates on their loan activity
• Monitor incoming client correspondence, handle inquiries/escalations and respond accordingly
• Place outbound calls to borrowers with loans in process to check in and communicate updates on loan status
• Liaison with Company Production Employees, Vendor Management, and Compliance as necessary to communicate escalated consumer complaints up to and including resolution
• Provide exceptional Customer Care at all times
• Accurately track and document all inquiries with customers
