About the role

  • Ensure the timely and accurate setup of trading accounts in all systems
  • Research and resolve position differences between trading and accounting systems daily to meet SLA deadlines
  • Monitor emails for any account changes, and ensure the changes are made accurately and timely
  • Run reports to pull transaction and positions needed for class action filing on a monthly basis
  • Responsible for loading and removing positions for any newly on-boarded/terminated account within the trading platform
  • Ensure procedures and controls are followed to prevent errors and delays
  • Provide quality service and information to partners/clients
  • Provide information and answer questions for audits and risk assessments
  • Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Attend huddles, team meetings, trainings and coaching

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Basic MS – Word / Excel, Outlook knowledge
  • Knowledge in Accounting & Securities market/Investment products
  • Knowledge of Investment tools (like Bloomberg)
  • Background or equivalent investment industry experience in financial/fund accounting, finance, or middle/back office processing
  • Good communication skills (written and oral), interpersonal skills and be an effective team player.
