About the role
- Lead the development and ongoing management of the Field Registered Principal (RP) training curriculum
- Design new training programs and enhance existing materials
- Prepare presenters for monthly Field RP workshops
- Oversee and maintain the RP Resources page on Advisor Compass
- Conduct an annual comprehensive review of materials
- Develop new content in response to business priorities
- Draft and distribute field communications
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business processes
- Provide subject-matter expertise and project management leadership
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience required
- Demonstrated capability in standard office and project management applications - Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Training tools/software experience - Articulate 360 suite of tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise 360) and Vyond.
- Experience with program and/or project management
