About the role
- Responsible for overall site operations functions
- Manage P/L management across the complex
- Track & analyze Complex vital statistics
- Ensure EARs are successfully on boarded
- Provide management of human resource functions
- Develop & lead client acquisition support team strategy
- Manage costs appropriately & establish expense guidelines
- Lead all real estate/facilities activities
- Ensure compliance support processes are established
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 7 - 10 years relevant experience
- Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days
- Strong analytical, judgment and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous successful supervisory experience
- Previous budget management experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong relationship skills
