About the role

  • Work in close partnership with Banking and Cash Solutions Marketing, Communications, Training, Sales Strategy, and Operations team to provide operational support and project management.
  • Maintain and support ongoing reporting and tracking needs of the Banking and Cash Solutions advisor marketing program, training and webinar engagement.
  • Manage activities that support the development and tracking of advisor engagement in key programs within the business.
  • Collaborate closely with training managers to conduct pre-event administrative support and complete post-event administrative reporting work.
  • Produce and communicate ongoing reporting of advisor and client engagement leading indicators.
  • Support the implementation of complex direct to client communication strategies as needed.
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to drive toward business results.
  • Develop or refine presentation decks for training initiatives or business reporting as needed.
  • Provide data analysis and insights as required to support relevant project initiatives, deliver periodic management information and enable continuous improvements.
  • Help team manage direct to consumer marketing and communication processes and documentation before final sign-off by the business for implementation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, excel, Power Point and some experience with Power BI.
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to work on multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
