About the role
- Independently process, reconcile and/or balance the assigned product
- Ensure comprehensive and seamless operations for all transaction requests
- Work with business partners to research and resolve issues
- Ensure processing of transactions follow industry rules/regulations and internal compliance procedures
- Identify process improvements and partner with appropriate resources to implement solutions
- Participate in various team or department project requests
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Background in operations, processing, or customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet accuracy standards in high-volume processing
