About the role
- Overseeing and supporting infusion nursing services within a designated region.
- Direct supervision and support of field infusion nurses.
- Coordination with partner agencies and oversight of clinical documentation.
- Onboarding, training, and mentoring nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key clinical resource in collaboration with the Regional Director.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Multistate RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy.
- At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or management role.
- Experience working with home health agencies or in home infusion care settings.
- Strong knowledge of home infusion therapy, patient care standards, and clinical documentation best practices.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
