About the role
- Regional Veterinary Practice Manager ("PM Pro") role — travel between AVG clinics to fill practice manager vacancies and provide leadership.
- Provide structure, leadership, and change management during interim placements (typically 60-90 days) while recruiting and onboarding a permanent practice manager.
- Responsible for day-to-day hospital operations and liaison with corporate support (marketing, payroll, IT, recruiting, finance).
- Full-time corporate position reporting to the Senior Director of Operations.
Requirements
- Prior veterinary experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. Will consider directly related experience in lieu of education.
- A positive, can-do attitude; strong people skills/emotional intelligence; excellent analytical skills; willingness to roll up your sleeves and chip in to help the team.
