Drive faster adoption, higher utilization and greater proficiency of IT, process and organisational changes
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders
Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans
Partner with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions across regions and functions
Define scope, objectives, and deliverables of change management projects
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption
Design and deliver change management interventions (workshops, surveys, coaching sessions)
Create deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of change management activities and outcomes
Prepare and present reports and deliverables to senior management and key stakeholders
Prepare weekly program status reports to IT PMO and stakeholders and Steering Committee presentations
Champion process improvement initiatives as part of larger Program Management
Perform any other duties appropriate to the scope, nature, and seniority of the role
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in change management preferred (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
Relevant experience in change management, preferably in the workforce accommodation or related industry
Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Proficiency in PPM Tools, such as Smartsheet
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Flexibility and adaptability to changing organizational needs and project requirements
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
A high standard of personal presentation
