About the role

  • Drive faster adoption, higher utilization and greater proficiency of IT, process and organisational changes
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans
  • Partner with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions across regions and functions
  • Define scope, objectives, and deliverables of change management projects
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption
  • Design and deliver change management interventions (workshops, surveys, coaching sessions)
  • Create deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of change management activities and outcomes
  • Prepare and present reports and deliverables to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly program status reports to IT PMO and stakeholders and Steering Committee presentations
  • Champion process improvement initiatives as part of larger Program Management
  • Perform any other duties appropriate to the scope, nature, and seniority of the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in change management preferred (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
  • Relevant experience in change management, preferably in the workforce accommodation or related industry
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Proficiency in PPM Tools, such as Smartsheet
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing organizational needs and project requirements
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Role has no supervisory responsibility and must work through others to succeed
