About the role
- Drive faster adoption, higher utilization and greater proficiency of IT, process and organisational changes
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders
- Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans
- Partner with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions across regions and functions
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables of change management projects
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption
- Design and deliver change management interventions (workshops, surveys, coaching sessions)
- Create deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of change management activities and outcomes
- Prepare and present reports and deliverables to senior management and key stakeholders
- Prepare weekly program status reports to IT PMO and stakeholders and Steering Committee presentations
- Champion process improvement initiatives as part of larger Program Management
- Perform any other duties appropriate to the scope, nature, and seniority of the role
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification in change management preferred (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
- Relevant experience in change management, preferably in the workforce accommodation or related industry
- Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency in PPM Tools, such as Smartsheet
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing organizational needs and project requirements
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Role has no supervisory responsibility and must work through others to succeed
