About the role

  • Act as primary point person for asset alarm triage, vendor management, invoicing, and continuous improvements.
  • Follow safety standards and policies, perform quality control inspections, and ensure quality workmanship.
  • Ensure complete regulatory compliance for assigned assets; identify potential risks and collaborate with others to develop mitigation plans and resolve disputes.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong vendor relationships; maintain consistent communications and provide vendor oversite for assigned assets within assigned area. Regularly review asset data for assigned sites and report and/or correct discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report material usage and perform month-end vendor invoice reconciliations. Maintain and submit complete files, logs, and reports as determined by management.
  • Initiate and follow through with capital and maintenance repair projects at each site.
  • Manage project resolution calls via call queues.
  • Complete required trainings within Company-mandated time limits.
  • Approximately 10% of the time the role will be performed outside of a conventional office environment.
  • The role will be performed Sunday–Saturday during either the first or second shift, currently running from 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. EST and 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. EST, respectively. Schedules are subject to change at the discretion of management and business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate technical degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the wireless telecommunication tower industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of telecommunications assets including related regulatory compliance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of vendor management experience preferred.
  • Approximately 10% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
