Administrative Assistant

• Manage managers calendar
• Print calendar a day prior and confirm all necessary information for appointments provide directions to office if necessary
• Schedule and manage task time for appointments and meetings
• Ensure timeliness and preparedness of meetings and appointments
• Keep manager on schedule and provide reminders when necessary
• Answer phone and delegate calls to a member of the team that can possibly assist the clients immediate need
• Return phone calls for the manager upon instruction
• Check messages for manager upon request
• Set appointments for manager and arrange conference calls upon request
• Send blast weekly emails to sales staff and referral partners as instructed
• Forward lead generating emails to the appropriate person on the team
• Keep managers office and desk organized
• Have the managers office ready for the day
• Keep the manager on track and on schedule
• Plans, schedules, invites and confirms events
• Assist with client gifts, birthday program, things of gratitude
• Assist with planning, invites and confirmations with lunch and learns

Business Development Rep

• Establishes contact with potential candidates in target markets;
• Builds relationships with possible Originator, Sales Manager, Branch Manager recruits as well as other industry professionals that can be a conduit to candidates;
• Attracts candidates through consistent daily activity of calls, emails, data base development, CRM campaigns, LinkedIn messages, other social media broadcasting, blogging and other methods to make contact with candidates; cold calling; networking and other common and uncommon ways to make connections to the desired audience;
• Determines and understands candidate or branch qualifications; performs due diligence and assesses a full scope of personnel economics, quality and reputation;
• Directs and arranges next steps such as discovery calls with management, round table sessions and a warm pass off to Branch Manager for onboarding transition steps;
• Abides by company core values in marketing approach; persona held out to the marketplace and looks for this in candidates.

Business Development Manager

General

• Prep, review, submit, and clear all defects identified by Auditors
• Prepare and audit any loan that is set to expire or is a Best Effort
• Review conditions placed by Investors and obtain necessary documentation to clear for purchase
• Communicate and work with other departments to resolve issues
• Monitor pipelines to ensure meeting delivery deadlines
• Complete ULDDs
• Maintain investor relationships
• Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.
