About the role

  • Own and maintain the consolidated Commercial & Partnerships plan
  • Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization funnel for commercial projects
  • Establish and continuously enhance PMO governance standards, frameworks, and operating rhythms
  • Monitor and manage the progress of key commercial initiatives
  • Drive comprehensive status reporting
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on project requirements
  • Liaise closely with Product and Technology teams
  • Coordinate dependencies and timelines
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and business impacts across the commercial portfolio
  • Map and manage operational and strategic interdependencies
  • Coordinate change management efforts for major commercial initiatives
  • Support the adoption of new ways of working
  • Utilize PM tools and analytics to monitor performance
  • Build and manage dashboards and reporting mechanisms

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a PMO, strategy, or program/project management role (preferably within commercial, partnerships, or revenue-focused environments)
  • Demonstrable experience managing portfolio planning, project intake, prioritization processes, and governance frameworks
  • High proficiency with PMO and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, manipulate, and present data effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment in complex, matrixed environments
