About the role
- Work under the supervision of more senior Business HR staff
- Provide support to address business problems
- Analyze and prepare HR, workforce, and organizational data
- Organize and facilitate talent reviews, culture action planning, performance calibrations, and team building exercises
- Prepare reports and presentations as directed by BHR Manager or Director
- Works collaboratively with other HR COEs to solve business issues and execute talent strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, OR if no degree a minimum of four years of related HR Experience
- Two years of related HR experience
- Valid driver's license
- Professional certification in Human Resources (preferred)
- Experience in applying technology-enabled solutions to enhance HR processes
- Keeps abreast of the latest business trends, tools, and techniques
