About the role

  • Work under the supervision of more senior Business HR staff
  • Provide support to address business problems
  • Analyze and prepare HR, workforce, and organizational data
  • Organize and facilitate talent reviews, culture action planning, performance calibrations, and team building exercises
  • Prepare reports and presentations as directed by BHR Manager or Director
  • Works collaboratively with other HR COEs to solve business issues and execute talent strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field, OR if no degree a minimum of four years of related HR Experience
  • Two years of related HR experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Experience in applying technology-enabled solutions to enhance HR processes
  • Keeps abreast of the latest business trends, tools, and techniques
