Administration

• Manage the full subcontract life cycle—from planning and RFP issuance to negotiation, award, and closeout—ensuring alignment with prime contract requirements and Amentum policies.
• Administer various subcontract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP) in compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Maintain audit-ready files using Deltek Costpoint, AMRO, and SharePoint; manage subcontractor time collection and invoicing systems.
• Produce key metrics, including cycle time, aging, burn rates, and closeout status.
• Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal management to resolve issues and ensure execution.

Subcontracts Administrator

Systems Engineer

• Support the maintenance and currency of project engineering plans and processes, including the Engineering Management Plan (EMP) and Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP).
• Develop and coordinate engineering reports in accordance with project standards and direction.
• Support the engineering team to conduct reviews of technical data, including CDRLs, plans, Technical Instructions, RFIs, CCPs, and ECPs.
• Support the engineering team to undertake reviews of internally generated furnished data and the verification of furnished services.

Systems Engineer, Level 2

Manager

• The Work Control Center Manager is the single point of contact for the Maintenance Work Control group and provides direction, instructions and guidance to ensure that work scheduled is completed per the schedule and correctly entered into Projects and General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBs).
• Monitors and helps to manage the scheduled work readiness through meetings, issues resolution, metrics, dashboards, schedule reviews, walkthroughs, etc.
• Responsible for work control, planning, infrastructure, facilities support and plant operations.
• Receive and review service requests and work orders submitted by the customer and determine proper response and actions for delegation.
• Maintain a database of all customer submitted and internal service requests and or work orders.

Work Control Center Manager

Analyst

• Execute vehicle maintenance and recovery operations in accordance with applicable contract requirements, company policies, government regulations, and military standards
• Manage the administration, maintenance, and distribution of approved publications, warranties, and government required documentation such as Lost, Theft, Damaged, and Destroyed (LTDD) and Estimated Cost of Damage (ECOD) reports
• Ensure assets are properly utilized and all odometer readings are up to date and documented in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Coordinate with managers, directors, military personnel suppliers, and vendors for warranty issues and cross leveling of assets, to ensure scheduled maintenance, reporting and tracking of all assets are completed within the appropriate timelines allotted.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained in accordance with the MFG and/or Military levels -10, -20/-30 levels of scheduled maintenance.
• Monitor and verify that all repairs are recorded and documented appropriately and ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS programs, policies, procedures, and operational controls to ensure consistency, and compliance, across the company.
