About the role

  • Responsible for the oversight and management of Company-controlled real estate within an assigned portfolio
  • Develop and foster relationships with business leaders; review of critical dates and communication of opportunities
  • Manage real estate broker and outsourced partners
  • Manage design and construction of new capital projects and improvements
  • Advise and coordinate with key functional colleagues to successfully execute real estate transactions
  • Support proposal/business development efforts as needed
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the real estate portfolio
  • Provide input and updates for annual budgets and capital planning
  • Review monthly financial performance reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an associated discipline
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in corporate real estate, preferably in a transaction and portfolio management role for a real estate portfolio of at least 50 locations
  • Or 8+ years with a Master degree
  • Must be able to travel domestically
  • Strong understanding of real estate process and market conditions
  • Self-directed individual who can operate with a high level of independence and minimal supervision
  • Ability to autonomously manage third party brokerage resources, legal counsel, and project team to deliver against performance metrics
  • Knowledge of space programming, project design, and construction, as well as high level facilities management
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in standard MS Office applications
