About the role

  • Provides strategic and operational leadership for the whole Sellafield Account ensuring delivery excellence
  • Oversees all operational performance, governance, people development, and senior client engagement
  • Works across multiple contracts

  • Contributes to strategic decision-making and collaborates cross-functionally

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field; advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
  • Significant senior leadership experience within complex, project-driven organisations
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability through strong customer delivery
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams and embedding governance frameworks
  • Financial acumen and experience in strategic planning and delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in building enduring client and stakeholder relationships.
