Delivers HR People Analytics insights on headcount trends, internal mobility, retention, and DEIB.
Translates complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive-level presentations.
Collaborates with HR and cross-functional teams to define HR data requests, approvals and delivery ensuring HR data privacy, security, and governance standards are met.
Responsible for HR data mapping, usage and documentation.
Partners with IT teams to build, maintain, and enhance data models, reporting frameworks, forecasting and predictive models tied to strategic workforce plans and advanced analytics.
Analyzes large, complex HR datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
Leads development of scalable HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations; translates complex business needs into intuitive, dynamic analytics tools supporting strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational health metrics.
Partners with Power BI developers to develop interactive dashboards and visualizations and serves as back up PBI data engineer.
Leads projects and contributes to broader data science and business intelligence initiatives; continuously enhances analytics tools, models, and reporting methodologies.
Owns HR data SNOW configuration requirements and manages HR data SNOW ticket assignments and closure.
Leads People Analytics Roadmap.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Statistics, Economics, Organizational Psychology or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
8-10 years of experience in workforce analytics, data analysis, modeling, visualization and reporting or FP&A roles.
Proficient in SQL, Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, charts & graphs), and Power BI.
Basic Power BI design and development experience.
Expertise in data visualization, creation of creative presentations and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex business problems.
Experience with tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
US Citizenship required.
Preferred: Experience with HRIS platforms, especially Workday; Familiarity with HR data privacy regulations; Exposure to big data tools and environments.
