About the role

  • Delivers HR People Analytics insights on headcount trends, internal mobility, retention, and DEIB.
  • Translates complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborates with HR and cross-functional teams to define HR data requests, approvals and delivery ensuring HR data privacy, security, and governance standards are met.
  • Responsible for HR data mapping, usage and documentation.
  • Partners with IT teams to build, maintain, and enhance data models, reporting frameworks, forecasting and predictive models tied to strategic workforce plans and advanced analytics.
  • Analyzes large, complex HR datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Leads development of scalable HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations; translates complex business needs into intuitive, dynamic analytics tools supporting strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational health metrics.
  • Partners with Power BI developers to develop interactive dashboards and visualizations and serves as back up PBI data engineer.
  • Leads projects and contributes to broader data science and business intelligence initiatives; continuously enhances analytics tools, models, and reporting methodologies.
  • Owns HR data SNOW configuration requirements and manages HR data SNOW ticket assignments and closure.
  • Leads People Analytics Roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Statistics, Economics, Organizational Psychology or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in workforce analytics, data analysis, modeling, visualization and reporting or FP&A roles.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, charts & graphs), and Power BI.
  • Basic Power BI design and development experience.
  • Expertise in data visualization, creation of creative presentations and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex business problems.
  • Experience with tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Preferred: Experience with HRIS platforms, especially Workday; Familiarity with HR data privacy regulations; Exposure to big data tools and environments.
