About the role
- Develop a profound understanding of medical students and physicians in the UK and strive to expand AMBOSS’s presence at UK medical schools
- Build strong relationships with medical universities across the UK and lead conference presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings in the region
- Manage our AMBOSSadors and key student contacts at the universities, and collaborate with key opinion leaders, student and medical societies
- Design and implement strategic outbound marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor country-specific performance metrics for all channels and plan quarterly reviews
- If relevant, create and manage content material to help tailor us to the market (e.g. country-specific study guides and plans)
Requirements
- Holding a UK medical degree
- Prior experience in communication, project management, or working with student or physician organizations
- Willingness to travel (40%) and to attend conferences with a high level of autonomy
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and implement structure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Prior work or academic experience in tech, business development, consulting, sales, or marketing is a plus
- Previous experience working in the NHS is a plus
