Bookkeeper

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for the region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review payroll procedures and provide guidance to employees and payroll team on the specifics of those policies. Ensure policies are up to date as changes are needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Mentor the regional payroll team, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and present payroll reports to the Payroll Director and other stakeholders.
• Address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies and work closely with the HR department.
• Maintain and optimize payroll systems and software and work with Payroll Director and team on issue resolution.
• Identify and assist with implementation of process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
