• Review payroll procedures and provide guidance to employees on the specifics of those policies.
• Ensure all payroll transactions comply with employment standards.
• Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to managers and stakeholders.
• Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
• Assist in employee tax forms, such as W-2s.
• Work closely with HR regarding changes in payroll (e.g. terminations, new hires).
• Conduct audits and verifications of payroll records.
• Answer employee questions and concerns regarding payroll.

• Provide legal support across the organization focusing on corporate governance, commercial contracting, compliance, litigation management, and M&A transactions.
• Advise on board and shareholder matters, entity management, and corporate records.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, master sales agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, including employment, privacy, and data security requirements.
