About the role
- Act as the President’s strategic and operational right hand on the company’s most critical initiatives
- Translate high-level direction into clear plans, decisions, and execution
- Prepare pre-reads, frameworks, and analyses that directly inform executive decision-making
- Own or quarterback the most important projects in the company, often with little notice
- Lead fast-moving, high-stakes workstreams involving senior internal leaders and external executives
- Navigate confidential, time-sensitive initiatives including partnerships, negotiations, and strategic pivots
- Bring structure, momentum, and accountability to complex, multi-threaded efforts
- Align stakeholders across various teams including Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, Finance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, BizOps, investing, or high-impact operating roles
- Proven ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with limited direction
- Exceptional clarity of thought and communication (especially written)
- Experience working closely with senior executives or founders
- High judgment, discretion, and comfort handling confidential information
