  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Care Transformation roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and define success profiles
  • Develop sourcing strategies using AI tools and referrals

Requirements

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions (GTM, support, technical roles)
  • Strong execution focus and sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data-driven approach to hiring metrics and reducing bias
