About the role

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabs, group homes, government health agencies, school district boards, and other healthcare partners
  • Educate referral sources on home health services including pediatric private duty nursing, skilled nursing visits, CNA services, and therapies
  • Coordinate closely with clinical team to determine staffing availability and appropriateness of referrals
  • Represent Amazing Care with professionalism, integrity, and warmth
  • Participate in strategic growth initiatives aligned with patient-centered care
  • Attend community events to increase brand awareness
  • Foster a sense of community for patients, employees, and referral sources alike

Requirements

  • Experience in home health or healthcare marketing preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and metrics
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize efforts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
