About the role
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabs, group homes, government health agencies, school district boards, and other healthcare partners
- Educate referral sources on home health services including pediatric private duty nursing, skilled nursing visits, CNA services, and therapies
- Coordinate closely with clinical team to determine staffing availability and appropriateness of referrals
- Represent Amazing Care with professionalism, integrity, and warmth
- Participate in strategic growth initiatives aligned with patient-centered care
- Attend community events to increase brand awareness
- Foster a sense of community for patients, employees, and referral sources alike
Requirements
- Experience in home health or healthcare marketing preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and metrics
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize efforts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
